Can I bill clients separately, or do I bill them and pay you?
You bill your clients however you already do — Toutmark charges your card monthly for the seats you use. There's no Toutmark-to-client billing handoff. Most agencies bundle Toutmark into their monthly retainer.
Can each client have a different approval policy?
Yes. Per-feature approval mode is set per client. One client can have full auto-approve on schema and llms.txt while queuing every paragraph rewrite. The next client can be the opposite. You configure each independently from their account's Settings.
Do my clients see "Toutmark" or my agency brand?
Their dashboard, their reports, and their email digests all carry your agency's branding (logo, colors, support contact, custom subdomain). The footer credits "powered by Toutmark" with a small mark — that's the only Toutmark surface they see.
What happens when I add a new client mid-month?
Add the client to your Toutmark account, run their brand intake, connect their site (60-second OAuth on their CMS), and they're in your roster. Pro-rated billing kicks in immediately. The first weekly digest goes out the following Friday.
What if a client cancels?
Click "Cancel client" in their account. Their dashboard goes read-only at end of period. They keep access through the period they paid for. All snapshots stay in their account 90 days post-cancel — they can revert any change in that window.
