A small cohort of early customers who get our pricing locked in permanently, $0 onboarding, and a direct line to the founder by email. We cap it at 25 so the relationship can stay personal.
Four benefits, all immutable per customer record. Once you're in the cohort, you keep them β no clawbacks, no expiration.
The price you see on the pricing page today is the price you pay forever. Whatever tier you sign up at β Starter ($79), Growth ($149), or Scale ($229) β that price never increases on your account, regardless of future plan changes, even if we raise prices on future cohorts. Locked at signup, immutable on your customer record.
If you upgrade to a higher tier later, you pay that tier's founder price, not the standard rate at the time of upgrade.
We've waived the standard $25 onboarding fee for the first 25 customers. Forever β meaning if you ever cancel and rejoin later, you skip the fee on the second signup too. Founding-status follows your email address, not the subscription.
Standard onboarding fee for non-founding customers is $25 one-time, applied at signup. It covers the extra setup work we do in your first week to get your site up to standard.
Email river@toutmark.com any time and skip the support queue. River (founder) reads every founding-customer email personally and replies within one business day. Use it for product feedback, feature requests, escalations, or anything that doesn't fit neatly into a support ticket.
Not a substitute for the standard support@toutmark.com channel β that one's still there for routine help.
When we release a new feature or update doctrine, founding customers hear about it before anyone else β by email, with a short note on what changed and why. Reply with feedback, requests, or "this doesn't fit my workflow" any time.
Async only. No standing meeting, no recurring calendar invite, no commitment to attend anything.
The founding cohort is intentionally small. Every customer in this group gets the founder's direct attention, and that scales as a function of how many minutes there are in a week. At 25 customers, River can plausibly know each customer's name, business, and biggest problem. At 100, that breaks. At 250, it's a fiction.
The cap is also the trigger for our pricing model to harden. Once 25 is full, standard pricing applies to every new customer. The founder direct-line gets routed through the regular support team. The onboarding fee kicks in. Everything still works β but it's not the same product, because the founder isn't reading every email anymore.
If you're considering joining and you'd find it useful to talk to River first, email hello@toutmark.com with "founding" in the subject. Quick conversation, no commitment.
Pick a plan, sign up, and you're in. Founder pricing locks in at the moment of signup β no hidden checkbox, no opt-in form. Just be one of the first 25.
